After years of managing restaurants and bars Craig has now become a business broker specialising in Hospitality and also does private consultancy to owners and operators who want to make their business run more effectively. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience which helps to guide his clients in the right direction.

Courtenay comes from a design and management background. She covers the planning and management of the projects through to graphic and interior design. She has an eye for detail, and experience balancing budgets and council requirements alongside creating an interesting and appealing aesthetic.
