STUDIO ASSISTANT & ACCOUNTS
This position has been one role however we could look to split it into two roles if needed.
STUDIO ASSISTANT
This role is General PA/ Admin tasks and requires someone who might have a passion for design or be keen to learn more about the industry.
You will be assisting us in the studio, onsite or collecting items from around town.
Must have a good computer knowledge of general programs such as google drive, excel, word. The ability to learn quickly, be super organised, keen to have fun and muck in. It would also be of benefit if you knew how to use Adobe illustrator and indesign but not necessary. You will need your own car for this role.
ACCOUNTS
This role is taking care of all our in-house accounting requirements.
Loading bills, issuing invoices, setting up payments, reconciling accounts, doing spreadsheets for budgets and project tracking & GST returns. There is also an element of admin in this role. Must have good knowledge of Xero, excel, google sheets & google drive.
